　　In order to support workers and their families who die, become disabled, or are hospitalized for more than five consecutive days due to occupational disasters, the Taipei City Government issues workers' accident compensation.

The following criteria applies for compensation：

1. Death：NTD360,000

2. Classified as disabled between level 1 and level 3：NTD200,000

3. Classified as disabled between level 4 and level 5：NTD100,000

4. Classified as disabled between level 6 and level 15：NTD20,000

5. Being hospitalized for consecutively 5 days caused by occupational injury：NTD10,000

6. Disabled caused by occupational disease and being classified from level 1 to level 5, is eligible for an additional of NTD50,000 compensation.

7. Labor or attorney who has been identified as mid-to-low or low-income households, is eligible for an additional of NTD50,000 compensation.

　　If a labor is eligible for compensation from the city government and your district of household residence, whether or not a labor or attorney has claimed for compensation from Municipal or County/City Government, the total compensation amount will be deducted by the Taipei City Foreign and Disabled Labor Office from the amount compensated from your district of household residence.
